Titans Concrete Inc. is now hiring a Concrete Sales Representative / Estimator to help us quote residential and commercial concrete jobs in Kansas City, Harrisonville, St. Joseph, and surrounding areas.
This is a high-opportunity role for someone who understands concrete scopes like driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and stamped concrete, and can communicate clearly with clients and contractors.
💼 Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Meeting with potential customers to understand project needs
- Reviewing blueprints, drawings, or job specs for takeoffs
- Preparing estimates for concrete flatwork, stamped concrete, ADA ramps, curbs, and more
- Submitting proposals and following up to close the sale
- Coordinating with project crews and scheduling
- Tracking leads and managing job pipeline
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction sales or estimating, preferably concrete
- Familiarity with pricing flatwork, stamped concrete, curb, and ADA work
- Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate takeoffs
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-focused
- Computer or tablet skills for managing estimates and forms
