Titans Concrete Inc. is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant or Lead Generator to help promote our concrete services across Kansas City, Harrisonville, and surrounding Missouri areas. If you’re creative, organized, and know how to attract attention online and in person — this position is for you.
We specialize in concrete flatwork, stamped concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios, and foundations. You’ll help us grow our presence and bring in new business.
📢 Responsibilities Include:
- Promoting services on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and Nextdoor
- Creating and posting marketing content (photos, videos, captions)
- Distributing door hangers, flyers, and yard signs in high-traffic neighborhoods
- Capturing before/after photos of concrete jobs
- Assisting with jobsite marketing and local partnerships
- Tracking leads, inquiries, and engagement
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of social media platforms and Canva or similar tools
- Confidence talking to homeowners and builders
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
- Bonus: Experience in construction or field marketing
- Driver’s license preferred for field-based promotions
